St. Nicholas School shines a spotlight on the remarkable achievements of Black History Month heroes. The students celebrated with a "museum" to honor the important struggles and vast triumphs of Black Americans.
St. Peter's Prep's Varsity Basketball team's Coach Mirabel hosted our St. Nicholas Blue Jays Boys Varsity team for an exclusive practice session at the Prep.
Catholic Schools Week was celebrated at St. Nicholas the week of January 28 to February 3. It started with a Sunday mass that was well attended by the parish, students and faculty which kicked off a week that included a Mission Fair, a Basketball Clinic from Hudson Catholic, Breakfast with a First Responder, the Science Fair and the Academic Challenge. It was a week full of wonderful activities to showcase and celebrate our students and the school.
On Friday, December 15th, St. Nicholas School was pleased to induct eight new members into the National Junior Honors Society. We are all very proud of the achievements of these fine young students and look forward to witnessing their future accomplishments!
On December 6, the school celebrated the Feast of St. Nicholas (our patron saint) with a prayer service led by the 7th grade. St. Nicholas himself came to visit and left treats for all of the children. A "Thank You" to all parents and grandparents that helped to make this day special!

St. Nicholas School celebrated Halloween with their Annual Halloween Dance and Halloween Parade. Thanks to all the families that helped make it another great event. Everyone had a great time!
On Friday, June 9, 2023, Fr. Kevin returned to celebrate the 8th grade Baccalaureate Mass at the church. Later that evening, the school celebrated the 137th graduation ceremony to continue our grand tradition. Congratulations to the graduating class of 2023, our newest alumni. After a four year hiatus, the St. Nicholas Tricky Tray celebrated its return this past Saturday, May 20th. It was great to see this fundraiser back on the calendars. Thank you to everyone that helped to make this event as great as it was!
The school had a service at the church yesterday to celebrate the coronation of Mary. The service concluded with the conferring of the Students of the Month. It was a beautiful service and congratulations to the students!
